Lilith Van Biesen

I'm a certification nerd and Trailhead fanatic. Over my nine years in the ecosystem, I’ve transitioned from consultant to architect and eventually Salesforce Certified Technical Architect. My journey was fueled by the community, serving as a group leader and MVP. Now, in my dream job as a Principal Architect Evangelist, I’m dedicated to shaping and amplifying the programs and resources that help architects thrive in their daily work.

I'm an All Star Ranger with 40 certifications and counting. Coming from a linguistics background, and with extensive experience in solution architecture, I am passionate about problem-solving and leveraging soft communication skills to align business needs with technically sound designs. I have a particular soft spot for Salesforce Industry Clouds and how they balance tried and true solutions with the inherent particularities of specific industries.

I try to find creative ways to bring people and things together, such as joining forces or connecting people around community initiatives and using Lego to teach SaaS and Salesforce to kids. At home, I love to play videogames with my husband, spend time with my cats and dog, jog, and listen to Pride & Prejudice audiobooks. I get really excited when I'm able to challenge myself and explore new things, whether it's snorkeling with (small) sharks or hiking along archeological sites.
