Meredith Brown

I lead Trailhead and the global Trailblazer Community, Salesforce's learning platform serving nearly 11 million learners worldwide. My roots at Salesforce go back to 2013, including a run as SVP & GM of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. Before rejoining in 2025, I spent time in product leadership at Pantheon and Smartsheet. I hold a B.A. in English and Communications from the University of Pennsylvania.

I focus on building the AI-native workforce through the Agentblazer journey and skills programs that pair AI literacy with emotional intelligence and creative problem-solving. My team treats learning as a product: iterating, measuring, and shipping features based on real learner and business outcomes. I'm passionate about making AI accessible for everyone, not just the technical few. I believe people need to lean in instead of stepping back out of fear, and that access is what turns fear into confidence.

I love to travel, spend time outdoors, and cheer on my kids from the sidelines at their sports games. I'm a big fan of Mel Robbins' work and the mindset it teaches around courage and taking action. Mentorship matters a lot to me too, and it shows in how I lead my team day to day. I also stay very close to the Trailblazer community outside of work, from events to informal coaching conversations.
