Meredith Flynn-Ripley

I’m a seasoned operator and entrepreneur with over 25 years in transformative technology. I’ve served as CEO of multiple startups acquired by Fortune 500 companies, including HeyWire (a cloud-based enterprise messaging solution acquired by Salesforce in 2016), Stargus (acquired by ARRIS), and Into Networks (acquired by Softricity, then Microsoft). Earlier in my career, I was a founding member of the RoadRunner joint venture between Time Warner, MediaOne, and Microsoft, and I started out at Ogilvy & Mather Interactive. I was the first female CEO to have her company acquired by Salesforce.

I lead Salesforce’s Global Private Equity and Venture Capital Practice, partnering with top firms to drive growth and digitally-enabled value creation across portfolio companies leveraging the Salesforce, AI and our ecosystem. Before this role, I held leadership positions in Technology and Product including SVP Product Management and GTM Strategy for Commerce Cloud, SVP and GM of the Salesforce AI Labs and Vaccine Cloud, and Digital Engagement and Bots Product Management Leader in Service Cloud. I frequently speak on how agentic AI is reshaping portfolio strategy for PE Firms and Startups.
