I’m a product designer and design systems leader with over a decade of experience building scalable platforms, enterprise experiences, and AI-driven interaction systems. At Salesforce, I lead initiatives across AI patterns, agentic experiences, and cross-product design consistency, helping teams ship trusted and scalable AI experiences at enterprise scale. My work spans design systems, governance, pattern libraries, and implementation strategy, with a focus on simplifying complex workflows and enabling adoption across large organizations.

My expertise is in AI experience design, design systems, and platform strategy. I specialize in creating scalable interaction models, reusable AI patterns, and governance frameworks that unify experiences across products and teams. I have deep experience in conversational AI, agentic workflows, multimodal interfaces, and enterprise UX systems. I work closely across design, engineering, and product organizations to translate emerging AI capabilities into production-ready experiences that balance usability, trust, and scalability.

When I’m not designing or writing about AI and systems thinking, I’m usually exploring new cities, discovering great architecture, or finding beautifully designed spaces. I’m fascinated by how history, design, and human behavior shape the places around us. Outside of work, I stay active through dragon boat racing.
