I’m the Experience Design Lead for Next-Gen Messaging, where I shape the future of conversational experiences. My focus is on crafting impactful design strategies and solving complex problems to make communication more intuitive and engaging. With a strong foundation in product design, I specialize in conversation AI, digital engagement, systems thinking, and product strategy. My career spans diverse industries, including financial services, automotive, and fintech. Throughout these roles, I’ve consistently aligned design with business objectives, driving transformation and innovation, including at an innovation lab.

When I'm not designing, you can find me exploring emerging technologies, crossing the Atlantic for some fresh inspiration, or rolling up my sleeves for volunteer work and community projects. Whether it's diving into a good book, meeting new people, or soaking up nature, I believe in always learning, growing, and making life just a little more interesting.
