I started my career in software engineering, but I quickly realized I loved focusing on human problems more than technical ones. That realization led me to transition into user experience design, where I've been ever since.

I lead design for Agentforce Voice, shaping how people interact with AI through natural, spoken conversation. Alongside that, I work to build responsible and inclusive AI, making sure the experiences we ship work well for everyone.
When I'm not working
Outside of work, I'm busy being a dad to a toddler and playing with our two Australian Shepherds. When I get a free moment, you'll find me running, cycling, or rock climbing
