Shipra is Senior Director of Product Management in Salesforce AI Cloud. Over the last few years she has been conceptualizing and building products in Conversational AI space to help 21st-century enterprises with their digital transformation journey. Prior to Salesforce she spent time at SaaS bellwethers like ServiceNow and Adobe. She has an MBA from McCombs School of Business, UT Austin and she is extremely passionate about transforming business and human lives through technology.
