As a digital accessibility professional with more than a decade of experience, I have built my career on one idea: digital products should work well for everyone, including people who use assistive technology. Starting in software quality assurance and moving through web design and front-end development, I was able to bridge these skills seemlessly into digital accessibility. Across these roles I have combined empathy for users, technical acumen, and a habit of teaching others to promote usability, inclusive design, and accessible engineering practices. Now as a Senior Digital Accessibility Engineer at Salesforce, I continually advocate for universal design standards on a major scale
