My Background

Steve Stearns is an Agentforce Success Engineer Director who has been with Salesforce for 15 years. Steve started as a Technical Architect in Professional Services building complex custom implementations for some of Salesforce’s largest customers. Having moved into the Success team several years ago, his role has evolved from a focus on scale and performance to being part of the growing efforts around Agentforce. When he’s not at work, Steve enjoys the live music scene in Chicago and traveling the world with his wife.
