author title Senior Director - Digital Success Data & AIMy journey into technology comes by way of audio production and music composition. My first career was in sound design for theater and film, which introduced me constantly to new technologies and solutions to create immersive sound experiences for theater goers and movie watchers. From there, I was connected with Microsoft, where I worked on Supportability for various products such as Surface, HoloLens, and PC Accessories; before joining a Digital Customer Success team and diving into Conversation Design and Chat Bot experiences for their consumer line of products. This led me to Salesforce where I now lead our AI Operations team within Digital Success.
I studied jazz in college, so I love to improvise! I’ve built my career around helping to solve previously unsolvable problems, and growing the functions and skillsets of a team required to deliver business results. Most recently, this has culminated in Generative AI Applications and helping to build a team that focuses on improving our ability to answer customer questions with Agentforce, and establishing the best practices, rigor, and approach that allows us to scale to meet our customer demand. Today, my team supports prompt design, AI model and experimentation, Data Cloud application strategy, tooling and how to evaluate Agentforce to ensure it’s doing what we want it to do.
I’m creating music! I have an ever growing guitar and gear collection that I’m eagerly using to record and produce music regularly. As a long time composer and music lover, this is my happy place. I also have a huge collection of science fiction memorabilia, vinyl records, and dad joke repositories (a true passion of mine). If I’m not making music, I’m watching it! I love to go explore new music and art scenes in my Phoenix area community. I’m also a big fan of the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Colorado Avalanche (rest in peace Coyotes), and love to be out enjoying all that the great city of Phoenix, Arizona has to offer!
