The Salesforce Events app is your indispensable guide to navigating your journey at Connections! Why get lost, when you can use the app to personalize your schedule, view sponsor profiles, and stay connected throughout the event!
With the app you can:
- Build your personalized schedule with Agenda Builder – Tap Sessions to get started
- Win prizes and give back by playing Quest
- Get important schedule updates and other details in the Info section
- Watch sessions via Salesforce Live
Agenda and Schedule have migrated into one — Sessions!
By tapping the Sessions tab, you can filter through themes, industries, and roles to view the sessions that are relevant to you. New for Connections, you’ll notice that Agenda and Schedule are now one screen. At the top of the screen, you can toggle between the two. First tap Schedule to build your agenda by tapping the “star,” for each session you’d like to visit. From there, you will toggle back to Agenda to see what is on your schedule.
Lastly, don’t forget to sync your calendar! Now you can sync your event agenda to your native calendar app. Whether you use iCal, Google Cal, or any other calendar app — you’ll be able to see your meetings, sessions, and events all in one place!
Play Quest and win!
Quest is a great way to give back at the event. This year Quest takes you through five recommended experiences you cannot miss at the event like:
- Learn at any session
- Customize your journey by visiting the Industry Solutions Zone
- Enable your team with Trailhead
- Extend your journey by meeting one of our Partners
- Connect it all at the Customer Success Platform
Once you complete the five stops, you’ll unlock a prize and a $10 donation to support Smile Train, an organization who empowers medical professionals around the world to provide cleft surgeries to more than one million children each year. Your completion will help us reach our event goal of donating $5,000.00 during Connections ’19.
And after you complete your Quest, it’s time to collecting your prize! Visit the Trading Post located in the Campground to pick up a select prize. Throughout the event, don’t forget to tap your profile avatar at the top of the Quest screen to view your amazing success all in one place. Remember to bring your badge to redeem each prize. And as always, prizes may run out. No substitutions or exchanges.

Find event details in Info
With the app handy and your agenda filled with great sessions, you’ll be off to a great start. To learn more about what’s going on, just tap “Info,” and explore each area to get started. The Info section is where you’ll find complete information for the event such as schedules, descriptions of key areas, and other experiences.
Launching at Connections, you’ll now be able to instantly connect to onsite FREE WIFI by simply opening the app, visiting the Connections event, and tapping Connect Now under the FREE CARD Image. You’ll no longer need to add in the SSID or password again. You’re Welcome!

Missed an onsite session? Or can’t make it to every day of the event? The Salesforce Events app has you covered! Tap on the Watch Now button on the home page of the app to get started.
