- Tip 3 – Make Slack your workflow hub: Integrate AI agents into Slack to automate approvals and streamline workflows where collaboration already happens.

Engine, a global travel platform, used Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Service Cloud to scale customer service while improving experience and reducing support time.
Their top tips for success:
- Tip 1 – Tap Salesforce experts to accelerate launch: Engage Forward Deployed Engineers, Professional Services or partners for proven implementation patterns – then ransition ownership to a dedicated internal Admin.
- Tip 2 – Channel ruthless prioritization: Start with one high-impact use case and build a minimum viable agent (MVA) that solves it exceptionally well.
- Tip 3 – Think modular, not monolithic: Keep agents management, with 3-4 topics and related actions for reliability and agility.
- Tip 4 – Observe and fine-tune: Continuously monitor and adjust your agents’ performance using feedback and CSAT scores.

What are the Salesforce Customer Success Awards?
This year the focus is on celebrating customers who have demonstrated outstanding Agentforce success. The awards recognize customers’ innovative use of Salesforce technology to achieve their business goals.
Who was eligible to participate?
In order to be nominated, you had to meet the following criteria:
- Be a current Salesforce customer
- Be live on Agentforce with an active agent or multiple agents
- Engage with Customer Success resources and offerings (ex: Trailhead, Premier or Signature Success Plan, Salesforce Professional Services, etc.)
- Demonstrate measurable business impact and results
How were nominations evaluated?
Nominations were judged based on three key criteria that showcase outstanding customer success:
- Compelling Business Challenge: How significant and urgent was the problem you set out to solve?
- Innovative Use of Multi-Cloud Solutions: How creatively did you leverage Agentforce and the broader Salesforce platform to deliver a unique solution?
- Customer ROI and Measurable Impact: What tangible results, success metrics, or clear indicators demonstrate your business impact?
