Salesforce MVP Class of 2026 Nominations Are Open

Nominations for the Salesforce MVP Class of 2026 are now open. Learn how to nominate an outstanding Trailblazer and how we celebrate their expertise, leadership, and generosity.

Recognizing the Leaders Who Make Our Ecosystem Strong

Every year, the Trailblazer Community grows because of the people who show up. The ones who teach, mentor, build, problem-solve, and champion others without hesitation. They make learning more accessible. They open doors. They lift up new voices. They lead with the expertise, leadership, and generosity that have shaped the Salesforce ecosystem from the very beginning.

And today, we get to celebrate them.

Nominations for the Salesforce MVP Class of 2026 are officially open — and we want to hear from you.

From January 20 through February 27, you can help shine a spotlight on the Trailblazers who consistently go above and beyond.

What Is a Salesforce MVP?

The Salesforce MVP Program honors exceptional community leaders who bring our values to life through three defining pillars:

Expertise

Salesforce MVPs have deep product knowledge, but what sets them apart is how they use that expertise to help others — through blogs, workshops, user groups, demos, office hours, and hands-on guidance.

Leadership

Leadership looks different for every Salesforce MVP, but it always creates impact. Salesforce MVPs build inclusive spaces, champion underrepresented voices, organize meetups and conferences, mentor rising talent, and bring people together.

Generosity

Generosity is the heartbeat of the program. Salesforce MVPs freely give their time, their knowledge, and their energy to help others succeed — often without being asked and without expecting anything in return.

These pillars guide the program and reflect what the community consistently tells us matters most.

Who Should You Nominate?

Look around the ecosystem — who’s making a difference?

Think about the Trailblazers who:

  • Answer questions at all hours
  • Mentor newcomers or career switchers
  • Lead user groups or run community learning programs
  • Build tools, code, content, or frameworks that help thousands
  • Foster spaces where people feel welcome, supported, and included

Anyone in the ecosystem can submit a nomination — customers, partners, developers, admins, architects, mentors, educators, content creators, or Salesforce employees.

And yes, self-nominations are absolutely welcome. Sometimes the most powerful story is the one you tell about yourself.

How the Salesforce MVP Selection Process Works

The selection process is intentionally thoughtful and community-informed:

  • Nominations open (Jan 20–Feb 27) This is your chance to tell us who inspires you and why.
  • Nominee contributions window (Feb 17–Mar 1) Nominees add more context about their work and impact.
  • Feedback from Salesforce employees + current Salesforce MVPs Reviewers only weigh in if they’ve worked directly with a nominee or have meaningful insight into their contributions.
  • Final review by the Trailblazer Community Team
  • Class of 2026 Announcement and Celebration (June 30)

Evaluations are holistic, grounded in the pillars of expertise, leadership, generosity, community impact, inclusivity, and alignment to Salesforce values.

There is no fixed class size. We follow the strength of the nominations and impact shared each season.

Salesforce employees are not eligible for Salesforce MVP status, and current Salesforce MVPs do not need to be nominated, as they go through a separate renewal process. Anyone contributing to the ecosystem — regardless of job title, region, or background — can be nominated.

Benefits of Being a Salesforce MVP

Becoming a Salesforce MVP unlocks a whole new level of access, influence, and opportunity. Salesforce MVPs receive:

  • Access to exclusive Slack channels — where top community minds connect, collaborate, and spark big ideas
  • Early conversations with Salesforce product teams — where your feedback helps shape what’s next
  • Invitations to Salesforce events, webinars, and community moments — from spotlight stages to behind-the-scenes briefings
  • Trainings and resources to fuel continuous learning and professional growth
  • Recognition across Salesforce channels — your work gets seen, celebrated, and amplified
  • Real opportunities to influence Salesforce product direction and ecosystem education
