Two months ago, we shared that we were rebuilding the Salesforce Architecture Program. Since then, we’ve been listening to the architect community, hosting focus groups, and shaping a stronger program together.
Today, we’re excited to officially relaunch the Salesforce Architecture Program. Designed to support architects at every stage, the program provides practical guidance, new resources, and opportunities to engage with the community, helping you design for scale, build trusted solutions, and navigate the complexity of the Agentic Enterprise.
Explore the Architecture Center
The Salesforce Architecture Center is your reimagined central hub, featuring the Well-Architected framework, diagrams, decision guides, and more. We’ve refreshed key content across the Architecture Center and will continue to update the site and add new resources as the program evolves.
What’s new now:
- New and updated architecture fundamentals content to align with today’s architectural priorities: Data Cloud Architecture, Integration Patterns, Enterprise Agentic Architecture and Design Patterns, Agentic Patterns and Implementation with Agentforce, the Agent Development Lifecycle, the IT Architecture of the Agentic Enterprise, and The Salesforce Platform – Transformed for Tomorrow
- New and updated Decision Guides, including: Data Cloud Provisioning, Data Cloud Interoperability, Asynchronous Processing, Event-Driven Architecture, Data Integration, and Building Forms
- Refreshed content on the following architectural pillars: Secure, Compliant, Reliable, and Resilient

Connect with us and join the community
The Architecture Program isn’t just a framework, it’s about community. To stay connected and up to date on the latest news and updates for Salesforce Architects, follow us on LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, and connect, share, and learn from your peers in the Trailblazer Community.
If you’re joining us at Dreamforce, don’t miss Architect Vista in the Trailblazer Forest (Moscone West, Level 1). Architect Vista features a dedicated theater with a lineup of sessions created exclusively for architects. Looking ahead, we’ll continue to find ways to connect and partner with you at events worldwide.
Meet the team
The Salesforce Architecture Program is powered by a growing team dedicated to supporting architects and helping the community thrive. Emin Gerba, Chief Architect, Chacha Choudhury, VP Software Engineering, Sarah Caporusso, Senior Director, Developer, Ecosystem, and Architect Marketing, and Ella Marks, Architect Marketing Director, have been leading efforts on this program launch with me to date.
We’re excited to welcome new team members starting next month: Miriam McCabe (Evangelism Leader), Von Clark McClendon, Ph.D (Evangelism), David Nava (Evangelism), and Megan Bardin (Marketing). These talented individuals bring deep expertise and fresh ideas across platform architecture, content, and marketing.
Share your feedback to shape the future
We’ve started hosting focus groups and are continuing to listen and collect feedback from the architect community. We want your feedback to help guide the future of the program — tell us what’s working, what’s missing, and what you hope to see next. Take the survey to share your feedback today.
This is just the beginning. The Salesforce Architecture Program will continue to grow with new resources, events, and opportunities to engage — and we’re excited to shape the future together.
