See how Sales Cloud speeds up the sales cycle with data and AI, making you more efficient at every step.

Agentforce Sales: Lead Engagement Enhancements

Inbound Lead Generation

What it does: Engages with prospects via a website or messaging channel to answer questions, capture leads, and schedule meetings with your sales team. With Lead Generation enabled, your customers get access to an Agentforce agent 24/7 to streamline lead intake process, reduce manual data entry, and drive your team to close more deals.

How to get started: In Salesforce Go, turn on the Inbound Lead Generation feature, assign permissions, and create a dedicated user record for the agent. Next, use the guided Lead Generation template to configure your agent’s value propositions and rules for creating leads or contacts, then test its responses in the live preview before activating. To complete the setup, navigate to the Connect Channel tool to configure an Enhanced Chat, link it to your newly created agent, and retrieve the code snippet needed to deploy the live chat agent on your website or Experience Cloud site.

Simplified Creation

What it does: Simplifies setup and configuration of lead engagement and lead generation agents. Step-by-step prompts help you tailor your agent by providing company messaging, connecting data sources, and aligning responses to your sales process. It’s designed to reduce setup complexity so you can launch faster and personalize customer engagement at scale.

How to get started: First, enable the Lead Nurturing or Inbound Lead Generation feature from the Agentforce Sales page in Salesforce Go and complete the initial setup steps. Once the prerequisites are done, click Build Agent to launch the guided configuration. From there, select your desired template and follow the prompts to define your agent’s purpose, behavior, and knowledge. The final steps will guide you through activating it for either automated email outreach or for deployment as a live chat agent on your website.

Multi Configuration

What it does: Allows you to deploy more than one agent in a single org so you can deeply customize customer engagement. This ensures every lead and contact receives the right message at the right time, fully customized to their context.

How to get started: Navigate to the Agentforce Sales page in Salesforce Go. In the Build and Manage Agent section, click Build Agent. This takes you to the Sales Agent Configuration page, which shows a list of your existing agents. Click Configure a New Agent to launch the guided setup and build another unique agent for a different purpose or team.

Agentforce Revenue Management: Billing Enhancements

What it does: Offers customers self-service portals to view invoices, make payments instantly with a saved payment method, and handle billing questions on their own. It even settles invoices automatically as soon as payments clear, removing manual steps and delays. Companies can accept different types of payments and set up automated payment collection schedules. For finance teams, there’s a new dashboard that shows all billing information in one place, including invoices, draft invoices, and credit memos. The release also adds the ability to process debit memos and includes customizable invoice templates that can be sent by email.

How to get started: Publish an Experience Cloud website using the OOTB Billing Self Service Portal template. Assign the ‘Billing Experience Cloud User’ permset to community plus/partner users. Now, you’re ready to use Experience Cloud template for Billing Self Service with the following features: View Invoices and Invoice Details, Download Invoice Document, Make a payment for an Invoice via Credit Card/ACH, and Manage Saved Payment Methods.

Agentforce Revenue Management: Quote Management Enhancements

What it does: Generates renewal quotes through natural language commands, dramatically reducing manual effort and accelerating the quote-to-cash cycle. Sales reps can quickly create, modify, and send quotes while maintaining compliance with business rules and pricing policies. Also, Agentforce can provide an account summary of assets, usage, entitlements, and future commitments and generate a quote for consumption overages. The system automatically pulls in relevant asset details, pricing terms, and customer information to ensure accuracy.

How to get started: Open Agentforce Builder, and create a new agent using the quoting agent template available OOTB. Configure user permissions and customize topics and actions tailored to your specific business requirements.
