Launched in FY25, this initiative equips nonprofits with funding, cutting-edge technology, and pro bono expertise to confidently create customized AI agent solutions. Impact stories abound

As part of the Salesforce Accelerator nature cohort, Rare is rolling out a regenerative agriculture coach to deliver real-time, localized guidance to smallholder farmers tailored to their crops, soils, and local agro-ecological conditions. 

Also as part of the Salesforce Accelerator initiative, CareerVillage launched an AI Career Coach, which aims to put the world’s greatest career coach in the pocket of millions of young people globally and democratize access to career information.

These are more than just technological feats; they are human triumphs, brought to life by our exceptional people. Take Marissa Herencia-White for example, a dedicated Salesforce volunteer and Pro Bono Project Manager supporting Good360, another Salesforce Accelerator participant. Marissa played a pivotal role in developing an AI agent for disaster response, helping route disaster recovery donations 3x faster.

“The AI for Impact pro bono program allowed me to gain hands-on experience with Salesforce’s cutting-edge generative AI solutions alongside a nonprofit organization,” Marissa shared. “It’s an honor to witness our partnership evolve from vision to reality.” Marissa’s inspiring story exemplifies how we empower our employees with essential resources and a supportive community to drive tangible, real-world change.
