My background

Lindsey Finch is Salesforce’s Executive Vice President and Data Protection Officer. In this role, Finch leads Salesforce’s global privacy program and product legal function. A practicing attorney and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), she reports directly to Salesforce’s General Counsel.
Finch received her juris doctor from American University, Washington College of Law and her bachelor of arts in communication and political science from the University of California, San Diego.

Dutch Government DPIA Validates Salesforce Privacy and Compliance

Salesforce has received a positive outcome from an independent Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) conducted on behalf of the Dutch government. The assessment highlights Salesforce’s strong privacy and data sovereignty controls and confirms that Sales Cloud and Service Cloud can be used in compliance with GDPR when the recommended measures are applied.
