Eliza Millet joined Philip Morris International (PMI) in September as Vice President IT Transformation, reporting to the CTO, with dotted line to the Chief Strategy Officer; to ensure that the efforts of the global IT team (1700 individuals) are consistently and directly aligned to PMI’s strategic priorities. Eliza is responsible to act as the central point to “run the business of IT” by coordinating and orchestrating the IT budgeting, strategic vendor management & sourcing, project portfolio governance including the execution tracking, capability building; and communication/change management in IT. Additionally, she oversees the IT transformation as well as build of a community of Scrum Master to help PMI work in a more agile manner.

In this role, she worked with B2B and B2C CxOs in defining new direct-to-customer business models through new technologies to improve internal efficiency and customer experience across touch points.
