Patrick Stokes - EVP, Product & Industries Marketing

Patrick Stokes is EVP of Product & Industries Marketing at Salesforce. Eric H. Loeb - Executive Vice President, Global Government Affairs

As Executive Vice President of Global Government Affairs, Eric Loeb is responsible for leading Salesforce’s government relations, public policy, and public affairs efforts. The global team he supports is the face of Salesforce with policymakers, policy influencers, diplomats, and civil society. Salesforce is a cloud computing company covering customer relationship management and other enterprise-focused software to businesses, governments and other organizations around the world. Salesforce enables companies of every size and industry to take advantage of powerful technologies—cloud, mobile, social, blockchain, voice, and artificial intelligence—to connect in a whole new way. Joining Salesforce in 2018, Eric brings significant experience in the geopolitical arena. His roles as AT&T’s International External Affairs SVP, Global Regulatory Counsel for Concert Communications plc, and U.S. Regulatory Counsel for British Telecommunications plc have fostered extensive experience with the policies and politics of governments across the globe. Eric serves as a leader on Salesforce’s Racial Equality & Justice Task Force as the chair of the Policy Pillar, in addition to being the executive sponsor of WINDforce, an employee equality group representing a Worldwide Indigenous Network of Diversity. In the community, Eric is Chair of the Board, the United States Council of International Business, and an advisory board member of the SEED School of Maryland, and the Asia Society - Northern California Chapter. He is a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations. A graduate with honors of Georgetown University Law Center and Bowdoin College, Eric is an avid cyclist and outdoors enthusiast. He and his family share their time between San Francisco, California and Baltimore, Maryland.

Paul has more than twenty years’ experience in enterprise software, with leadership roles in several areas fundamental to field service such as mobile (Nokia), location intelligence (HERE Technologies) and data management (Endeca).

Paula Goldman is Salesforce’s first-ever Chief Ethical and Humane Use Officer. In her role, she leads Salesforce in creating a framework to build and deploy ethical technology that optimizes social benefit. Prior to Salesforce, Paula served as Vice President, Global Lead, Tech and Society Solutions Lab, at Omidyar Network, a social impact investment firm established by eBay founder Pierre Omidyar. Paula also served as the global lead for impact investing, where she created and led Omidyar Network’s global efforts to build the impact investing movement through its investment portfolio, industry partnerships, and thought leadership. Paula has extensive entrepreneurial experience managing frontier market businesses, ranging from managing an affordable private school in rural India to a micro-enterprise syndicate in post-war Bosnia. Paula earned a Ph.D. from Harvard University, She holds a Master in Public Affairs from Princeton and a B.A. with highest honors from UC Berkeley

With 25 years of global retail experience as a practitioner (Lids, Marshalls, Hit or Miss), an industry analyst (AMR Research), a strategy consultant (IBM), and a software leader (Demandware/Salesforce), he is no stranger to the industry and the challenges retailers face. He currently leads industry research, drives solution strategy, and advises senior executives globally on digital transformation. Lindsey Finch - EVP & Data Protection Officer

Lindsey Finch is Salesforce’s Executive Vice President and Data Protection Officer. In this role, Finch leads Salesforce’s global privacy program and product legal function. A practicing attorney and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Finch reports directly to Salesforce’s General Counsel. Prior to joining Salesforce in 2008, Finch was Privacy Counsel at General Electric. Before and during law school, Finch worked on privacy-related issues at the US Federal Trade Commission and the US Department of Homeland Security. Finch received her juris doctor from American University, Washington College of Law and her bachelor of arts in communication and political science from the University of California, San Diego.

Casey Coleman - SVP, Global Government Solutions

Casey Coleman is senior vice president of Global Government Solutions at Salesforce, where she is responsible for enterprise positioning and solution strategies for government customers worldwide. Before joining Salesforce, Casey served as chief information officer at the U.S. General Services Administration. There she led several modernization initiatives, including the first agency-wide move to cloud-based email and collaboration platforms. Casey chaired the federal CIO Council’s Cloud First committee that developed the FedRAMP standard for cloud cybersecurity. Casey began her career as an engineer with Lockheed Martin and has held sales, consulting and management roles at several technology startups focused on the enterprise IT space. Casey holds several honors and awards from various organizations, including the Computerworld Premier 100 Award and the MIT Sloan CIO Symposium Award for Leadership in Innovation. She is a three-time winner of the Federal Computer Week Federal 100 Award. Casey holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Texas at Arlington, as well as a B.S. in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
