Keynote Highlights

Salesforce’s Vision for the Agentic Enterprise

The Agentforce World Tour London 2026 keynote set out Salesforce’s vision for the Agentic Enterprise.

Zahra Bahrololoumi CBE, Salesforce UKI CEO, opened with a clear message: agentic AI is transforming every experience and industry. The opportunity goes beyond efficiency – it’s about growth, and reshaping how UK organisations operate, innovate, and serve customers.

Customers including Thames Valley Police, Canada Goose, Adecco, and Formula 1 shared their own Agentic Enterprise journeys, bringing the vision to life with real-world examples across industries.

Salesforce as the Agentic Enterprise

Joe Inzerillo, EVP and Chief Digital Officer at Salesforce, explained how Salesforce has been living this shift as Customer Zero, with engineering teams now building side by side with coding agents to accelerate innovation.

He highlighted service as the natural starting point, demonstrating how Agentforce delivers seamless support on help.salesforce.com, where an AI-first experience now resolves issues instantly and hands off to humans with full context.

The Five Systems of the Agentic Enterprise

Inzerillo outlined five foundational systems every Agentic Enterprise needs: context, work, agency, engagement, and insight.

Underpinning all of this is Headless 360, a complete reimagining of the Salesforce platform. Announced in April, Salesforce Headless 360 delivers three new innovations:

  • New MCP tools and coding skills that give your coding agent full access to your platform
  • A new experience layer that renders rich, native interactions across every surface, from Slack to Voice to WhatsApp
  • New tools that give you control over how agents behave in production, before launch and after

Watch How Agentforce Coworker Works

From a packed Campground, Giovanni Crispino, Executive Vice President for SMB Sales EMEA, Salesforce, hears what customers are saying. Watch Crispino speak to solution engineers who demonstrate Agentforce Coworker – your autonomous AI teammate.

“The questions are consistent,” Crispino said on LinkedIn: “How do I get my data AI-ready? How do I scale without adding headcount? How do I actually start?”

One click is all it takes, and it surfaced the top five accounts to prioritise, the key opportunities, and the stakeholders to reach out to. Not a report you have to interpret, but an agent that tells you where to act. Amazing!

Giovanni Crispino, Executive Vice President for SMB Sales EMEA, Salesforce

Introduced recently by Marc Benioff, Chair and CEO of Salesforce, Agentforce Coworker knows your business inside out, helps you get more done wherever work happens.

Crispino continued: “The new Slack-native agent acts as the main orchestrator across your business data. One click is all it takes, and it surfaced the top five accounts to prioritise, the key opportunities, and the stakeholders to reach out to. Not a report you have to interpret, but an agent that tells you where to act. Amazing!”

“Bobbi” Six Months On: How the UK’s First Police AI Agent Is Transforming Community Access to Policing: The UK’s first police AI agent, built on Agentforce for Thames Valley Police and Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary, has now handled the equivalent of 14,000 citizen contacts annually and freed an estimated 3,266 operational hours per year, letting officers focus where they’re needed most.

Capita Expands Salesforce Collaboration to Deliver AI-enabled Outcomes across Defence, Education and Enterprise Operations: The AI-led business process outsourcer (BPO)  Capita is deepening its Salesforce collaboration, deploying Agentforce and MuleSoft across defence, education, and regulated industries. Capita is going Customer Zero first, proving the model internally before bringing it to market, under a new industry-first Framework Agreement.

The Shift to Multiplayer Work: Say Hello to Slackbot’s MCP Client: Slackbot’s Model Context Protocol (MCP) client is now generally available, connecting 20+ partner apps into a single conversational interface. Built on the open MCP standard, it lets teams work across their full software stack in plain language.

How UK Organisations Are Moving From Efficiency to Revenue with Agentic AI

Where is the UK on its AI journey, and where is it headed? Watch Ed Thompson, SVP Global Influencer Strategy at Salesforce, share his view.

Organisations that deployed their first AI agents to drive efficiency are now asking: how do we use this to generate revenue? According to Salesforce’s Connectivity Benchmark Report, multi-agent adoption among UK organisations is set to double within two years — with 69% already reporting company-wide AI agent adoption.

What we’re seeing right now — organisations who have already done some of the efficiency saving agents are now moving to revenue generating agents.

Ed Thompson, SVP Global Influencer Strategy at Salesforce

Today at Agentforce World Tour London, Ed is leading two sessions bringing this to life. In Retail’s New AI Era, he explores how AI has moved beyond cost-cutting to become retail’s biggest lever for growth, building on Agentforce for Retail and research showing AI and unified commerce are now retailers’ top growth strategies. In Agentic Enterprise Transformation for the Built Environment, he maps out what full agentic transformation looks like for one of the UK’s most complex industries.

Modern Work

Building the Skills to Lead UK’s Agentic Era

The London AI Centre is a place where businesses, communities, and future talent can experience AI first-hand and build the skills to lead it. That ambition only becomes reality when people are ready

Salesforce UKI CEO Zahra Bahrololoumi CBE joined Jimmy McLoughlin OBE on the Jimmy’s Jobs of the Future podcast to discuss AI adoption, skills, and the future of the UK workforce.

New research from Salesforce and Focaldata, surveying 1,430 UK workers, delivers a stark finding: 61% of workers have received no formal AI training from their employers. The UK’s challenge isn’t adoption. It’s training.

Without coordinated investment in skills, a new productivity divide will take hold. Sustainable economic growth requires a joined-up upskilling effort across business, government, and the public sector.

SMBs, Scale-ups, Founders – Your Agentic Journey Starts Tomorrow

Salesforce is bringing the Agentic Enterprise to life for customers of every size and every industry. At Agentforce World Tour London tomorrow, that means thousands of SMBs, scale-ups, and founders from across the UK and Ireland.

It’s already happening: Agentforce is now built into Salesforce Suites, with no required setup. And according to Salesforce’s latest SMB Trends Report, 90% of small and medium business leaders say AI tools are already making them more efficient.

SMBs need AI that works from day one, that saves them time, cuts through the admin, and helps them compete with businesses ten times their size.

Giovanni Crispino, Executive Vice President for SMB Sales EMEA

Giovanni Crispino, Executive Vice President for SMB Sales EMEA, said: “SMBs, scale-ups, founders who are building something real – Agentforce World Tour London is for them.

“SMBs need AI that works from day one, that saves them time, cuts through the admin, and helps them compete with businesses ten times their size. Because the reality is most SMBs don’t have a team of consultants, a dedicated IT department, or months to figure it out.

“At Excel London, we’ll show them exactly how, with live Agentforce demos, hands-on sessions, and real customer stories from businesses just like theirs. I can’t wait to be in the room. The opportunity ahead of us is amazing. See you there!”

Salesforce at London Tech Week: Powering UK’s Success

  • Salesforce at London Tech Week: Powering UK’s Success 1
  • Salesforce at London Tech Week: Powering UK’s Success 2
  • Salesforce at London Tech Week: Powering UK’s Success 3

Last week’s London Tech Week built on a landmark month for Salesforce in the UK, reinforcing the company’s commitment to the UK’s AI and growth priorities following the opening of the London AI Centre in May.

At the AI Adoption Summit, Salesforce was named a founding signatory of the new AI Economics Institute, chaired by Nobel laureate Simon Johnson, which will track AI’s impact on jobs, productivity, and growth. Salesforce joins 36 major enterprises in the UK government’s $200 million AI adoption package, with a shared commitment to ensuring AI is an engine for expanding human capability, not replacing it.

Also in the week, Salesforce UKI CEO Zahra Bahrololoumi CBE joined Prince William, NatWest, and Bloomberg to launch the Homelessness Data Lab, a partnership between Salesforce, LandAid, and the Prince’s Homewards initiative. Using anonymised, multi-agency data to identify early risk signals like financial distress, is shifting the approach from response to prevention. It’s a powerful demonstration of how AI technology is at its best when it serves our community and breaks through complex civic challenges.

Given a growing focus to support British entrepreneurs and SMEs, Salesforce has  been invited to join the London & Partners Growth Advisory Board, bringing together political and business leaders to ensure the power of this ecosystem is felt across the UK.

London Tech Week made clear that the Agentic Era is an opportunity for the whole of the UK. But seizing it requires a workforce that is ready.

Inside Salesforce’s New London AI Centre

It features a learning lab, collaboration zones, and an immersive AI theatre, offering hands-on experience of the latest AI technologies, including live demonstrations of AI agents solving real business challenges.

Set to welcome over 5,000 visitors this year, the Centre is open to Salesforce Ventures portfolio companies as part of a broader commitment to the UK’s AI ecosystem.

Watch Paul O’Sullivan, SVP UKI Solutions, on what it means to have the AI Centre and Salesforce Tower together as a connected London Campus, and why it’s the UK’s new home for hands-on agentic AI experience.
