My Background

Molly Futrell joined Salesforce in 2014. She started in the Customer Success Group (CSG) helping Marketing Cloud customers. Molly's passion for content led her to the Training and Certifications Team. She built training decks and managed the content strategy for Data Cloud. She was one of the first on her team to embrace AI, and led team trainings on how to use it to make life easier. Now she's an AI tech writer focused on Agentforce. Before Salesforce, she worked in healthcare IT consulting. She grew up in California, Saudi Arabia, and Indiana. She now lives near Atlanta, Georgia.
