I’m a conversation designer based in the Netherlands, crafting generative AI and conversational AI products and features at Salesforce. My background in education and applied linguistics has helped me tackle real-world language problems and bridge the gap between humans and AI systems.

I specialize in crafting inclusive experiences that consider both language and cultural diversity. My work sits at the intersection of Conversation Design and AI quality – evaluating what "good" looks like in human-AI interactions and designing systems that feel natural, trustworthy, and effective. I've had the opportunity to work on a range of innovative projects: Salesforce for Slack Apps, Einstein Bots, generative AI features, and agentic experiences at Salesforce.

I’m spending time with my family, exploring new cities and museums, and discovering different cuisines. Having lived in Spain, I especially appreciate the vibrant culinary scene – simply the best in the world, yet so unassuming! I also enjoy reformer Pilates, barre, and tennis.
