Emily Duden is a Director of Solutions Engineering at Salesforce, where she leads the teams building Agentforce solutions for supply chain. She joined Salesforce through the acquisition of Regrello (now Agentforce Operations) and is focused on bringing an agentic approach to the operations work that keeps enterprises running. Before Salesforce, Emily spent time as a manufacturing leader at SpaceX and ExxonMobil, which gives her working knowledge of how things actually get made and moved. She holds an engineering degree from the University of Nebraska.
