My Background

Madhav Thattai is the EVP and GM for Agentforce. He's responsible for driving the company's singular imperative across teams: to create and deliver AI Agents that revolutionize the CRM and software industry. Previously, he was COO of Customer Success at Salesforce, led Product Marketing and GTM Strategy for Google Maps (Enterprise), was COO for a Quantum Computing startup, and spent 8+ years at Dell in roles across manufacturing, customer service, and product. Madhav holds degrees from Stanford GSB, University of Michigan, and BITS (Pilani).
