Mayte Zavaleta is Director of Product Management, Service Cloud Workforce engagement at Salesforce. Mayte has more than 15 years of experience leading global products. She is an expert in the intersection of human-centric design, process optimization, and AI. She has launched and established emerging products in manufacturing, computer-aided design, and consumer applications. Prior to joining Salesforce, Mayte held senior product roles, most recently as Director of Co-Innovation for GE Digital, and led the development of IIOT applications for manufacturing and field services. She worked as the lead Product Manager for AutoCAD Web at Autodesk and at Philips Electronics in their smart lighting unit.
