My Background

Rishabh Panwar is a Lead Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce working on AI voice agents and the Agentforce Voice platform. He has been involved in the architecture and engineering of the system from its early development through launch, focusing on building low-latency, production-grade voice agent infrastructure. Previously, he founded Watto AI (a Y-combinator backed co.), where he built AI voice agents for SMB's before it was acquired by Salesforce.
