In her current role, Shibani drives Data & AI business strategy across Salesforce's Chief Operating & Finance Office (COFO), spearheading the company's transformation into an agentic enterprise from the inside. Her work spans operating model design, AI roadmap development, and cross-functional alignment — ensuring that Salesforce's internal functions harness the full power of agentic AI to deliver measurable business outcomes.
