Tuhina Koppikar

I’m a researcher on Salesforce’s cross-cloud Research & Insights team. I studied pure mathematics at the University of Texas at Austin.

I’m currently focused on AI infrastructure work that extends Research & Insights’ impact through AI skills and agents. I also work on a framework for measuring experience and agent quality. And I lead annual True to the Core efforts aimed at keeping our community members at the center of what we build.

When I’m not writing or researching, I’m baking elaborate desserts, practicing yoga, re-learning my mother tongue, fostering rescue dogs, or walking my own.
