There are two user licenses that can be purchased for Salesforce Service Portal. The Customer Community license costs $2/login or $5/member USD per month. The Customer Community+ license costs $6/login or $15/member USD per month.

In many cases, Salesforce products integrate directly with many outside applications and systems to help you connect your data.
