NOTE: Field Service Lightning requires at least one (1) Service Cloud user license. Existing Service Cloud customers require at least one (1) Dispatcher license. This requirement can also be met with the Field Service Lightning Plus bundle, as it includes the Service user functionality. Existing customers can purchase as many Technician (Mobile Employee) user licenses as needed. Field Service Technicians (Mobile Employees) and Contractors require at least one (1) Dispatcher in order to use the scheduling tool.
