Expanding operations into EMEA and new sectors.
When AI Grid was founded, it targeted facilities management and IoT organizations, which generate huge amounts of data. But since then, its SaaS predictive analytics platform has attracted a much broader range of businesses.
Its leaders identified a gap in the market in the UK and EMEA and realized the company could expand across multiple sectors, helping customers understand the current state of play and predict the potential impact of business decisions before committing to them.
“We were on the cusp of scaling and wanted a CRM platform that could grow with us,” said Jonathan Aniszewski, Chief Revenue Officer, Co-Founder, and Director of AI Grid. “AI Grid started as a company of two, which means wearing a lot of different hats and being able to switch between tasks seamlessly.”
Now leading 15 employees, Jonathan wanted to remove the burden of time-consuming manual tasks and adopt automated processes that scale efficiently. With a focus on growth, AI Grid needed a user-friendly platform to get new starters working quickly. While its initial goal was to streamline lead generation and sales, the company was also thinking about the future and looking for a technology partner actively invested in developing new features and capabilities.
Salesforce is the engine getting our message out there. That’s really important for what’s coming next. We can target the right audience and show them how our platform can help take their business forward.

Agentforce Marketing aligns the prospecting journey with tailored campaigns and impact metrics.
AI Grid uses Agentforce Marketing to send thought leadership emails to prospects and customers, building credibility around predictive analytics and its SaaS platform. These campaigns help to generate more leads, and with analytics automatically captured in Salesforce, the team can see which have the highest impact and tailor mailing lists to target the right people.
“We can manage individual campaigns in Salesforce and track open, click-through, delivery, and bounce rates,” said Jonathan. “Reports help to identify the right leads to follow up, so we can route them to the sales team for nurturing or book in a one-to-one meeting if they’re ready to take the next step.”
AI Grid can run multiple email campaigns simultaneously to warm up leads in different segments. It’s simple to plan and set up campaigns quickly, and the company is establishing efficient processes that will grow alongside its marketing team.
Automation helps reduce manual tasks throughout the sales cycle.
Contacts and leads are captured in Salesforce Starter Suite. With data centered in one place, AI Grid can build automations on top, act with confidence that it has a single source of truth, and use intelligence to make the right decision at the right time.
A typical sales cycle is around three to four weeks, and the team of five manages up to 12 leads per week. With four packages for customers to choose from, the team can also identify upsell opportunities among existing customers who are interested in expanding AI Grid’s platform to different teams.
Salesforce reduces manual tasks throughout the customer lifecycle, including invoice generation, matching sales codes against products, and managing cases when customers need support.
“Salesforce takes the pain out of processes, which means I’m not spending my days working on something that might fail,” said Jonathan. “With a reliable platform supporting my team, I can focus on driving new business.”
Fast access to support reduces the risk of downtime.
To get Salesforce set up, AI Grid worked with a variety of Salesforce partners and handled some tasks in-house. The Salesforce team was also available for support if there were any issues.
“My co-founder and I both have decades of experience as Salesforce users, so we knew it was the right platform for us,” said Jonathan. “However, we quickly realized being a user isn’t the same as being the business owner or implementer, and we were glad to have Salesforce and our partner’s support. I’d recommend working with an implementation partner from day one.”
Salesforce reduces manual touchpoints across the customer lifecycle, which is more efficient and gives us more time for customer interactions and business development.

Salesforce provides the scalability and adaptability that small businesses need to thrive. AI Grid highlighted the unrivaled functionality and performance of the platform, which will help it to grow in a structured way. It’s also confident that Salesforce is the right partner for the future, with products like Agentforce and Data Cloud ready and available when the business is ready to step into the agentic economy.
The Salesforce team listens and is really responsive. It can take other companies seven to 10 days to answer tickets, but we had practical support from Salesforce in just 10 minutes. As business owners, that gives us confidence we can fix issues before they impact operations.
