Support your sustainability goals and give your teams a single platform to manage ESG data, automate compliance reporting, and identify cost savings — all powered by AI that understands your business context
Net Zero Cloud unifies sustainability and operational data on the world’s #1 CRM — breaking silos so every team can act on it. Finance optimises spending, procurement strengthens the supply chain, and sustainability teams generate auditable, framework-aligned reports, all powered by AI agents that work with your data in real time.
Manage sustainability metrics and business operations with AI purpose-built for net zero. Agentforce gives teams accurate, real-time visibility into emissions, automates compliance reporting, and flags risks — so you can focus on outcomes, not data wrangling.
Access framework-specific report builders for CSRD, SASB, GRI and CDP reports, with more to come as needed. Create reports in Microsoft Word with a Microsoft 365 plug-in, giving you a cleaner interface, complete with collaboration functionality, easier navigation and rich text support.
Let Agentforce write the first draft of your sustainability report. It can access and use the data in Net Zero Cloud to answer questions from the report builders. Since many of the questions are complex, Agentforce will also let you know what information is missing from each answer.
Automate data collection for sustainability reporting. Simplify gathering essential information from multiple sources. Engage stakeholders, track tasks, and validate submissions. Ensure timely, accurate data for emissions and compliance.
Emissions factor datasets are available for purchase from Net Zero Marketplace and are integrated directly into the platform, enabling automatic GHG emissions conversions by country.
Automatically convert energy data from utility bills, business travel, fleet data and more to carbon emissions according to the Greenhouse Gas Protocol. This allows you to create an accurate, trusted environmental footprint for your organisation.
Simulate scenarios to forecast future emissions and measure progress against net zero goals. Net Zero Cloud helps you to visualise the impact of each environmental programme specific to your company, so you can make efficient, data-driven and sustainable decisions.
Compare programmes (e.g., installing solar panels) across three key metrics: emissions savings, marginal abatement costs and cumulative emissions savings. This allows you to prioritise programmes with the highest emissions reduction impact and the lowest financial cost.
Manage and measure upstream emissions data in the Scope 3 Emissions Hub. Allow subsidiaries, business units, and franchisees to report on their real-time GHG emissions, which roll up to a single organisation. Save time by consolidating environmental data across business entities, so you can easily report on your entire value chain.
Have a conversation with your operational and sustainability data. Ask questions about fleet costs, real estate efficiency, and supply chain resilience - and get answers grounded in your actual business context.
See all of your emissions data in the Climate Action Dashboard. You can also view a summary of companywide travel emissions across air and ground travel and hotel stays. Water and waste management also have dedicated dashboards.
Simplify ESG reporting by using MuleSoft to connect with agents and apps on AgentExchange.
Experience Cloud allows you to integrate subsidiaries, franchisees, and portfolios into a single organisation within Net Zero Cloud.
Create and access dashboards with additional licences for CRM Analytics.
Connect Field Service and Operations to Net Zero Cloud to integrate fleet and truck roll data directly into the platform.

Net Zero Cloud is sustainability software built on the world’s #1 Agentic CRM. It leverages the full power of the Salesforce ecosystem by pulling an organisation’s sustainability data into one place and creating actionable insights to guide strategic decisions. Net Zero Cloud aligns to the latest regulatory standards, offering framework-specific report builders as new mandates are released. It uses Agentforce to automate reporting, integrating with other applications, finding relevant metrics, and generating report responses, ultimately increasing efficiency and accuracy.
Net Zero Cloud is for all enterprises. Organisations in all stages of their sustainability journey can use Net Zero Cloud for everything from calculating an organisation's carbon footprint to developing emission reduction strategies and reporting on sustainability metrics to key stakeholders. Net Zero Cloud aims to help them be compliant with these ongoing regulations as well as achieve real business impact.
Net Zero Cloud has robust environmental capabilities, spanning scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon emissions, plus supplier engagement, carbon conversions, and waste and water management. Net Zero Cloud automates reporting and aligns with current regulations and frameworks. Most importantly, Net Zero Cloud is built on the Salesforce platform, allowing companies to layer their sustainability data on top of financial, supply chain, and other data within their larger ecosystem.
Yes. Organisations can track metrics from their entire value chain, including those from suppliers, distributors, subsidiaries, portfolios, and franchisees — all directly in the platform.
The Greenhouse Gas Protocol, established in 2001, divides emissions into three reporting categories.
Scope 1 emissions are direct greenhouse emissions from sources controlled or owned by an organisation, such as emissions associated with fuel combustion in boilers, furnaces and vehicles.
Scope 2 covers indirect emissions associated with the purchase of electricity, steam, heat or cooling.
Scope 3, also known as value chain emissions, has been the last frontier for most companies looking to shrink their carbon footprint. Scope 3 comprises the areas an enterprise has the least control over — emissions from activities and assets not owned or controlled by the reporting organisation, but that the organisation indirectly impacts in its value chain. Scope 3 emissions often represent the majority of an organisation’s total GHG emissions.
Carbon accounting is the process of calculating a company's overall greenhouse gas emissions. Companies should calculate an initial emission benchmark and track reduction efforts across time (for example, annually).
There is a multistep process used to calculate GHG emissions. First, set organisational and operational boundaries. After which, collect data on electricity, fuels, and other business activities that lead to emissions. Review this data for accuracy, completeness, and assumptions used. Next, apply relevant emission factors, which represent GHG emissions per unit of activity. Finally, share your emissions footprint with stakeholders, develop an action plan, and add third-party verification to ensure accuracy.
For most organisations, calculating carbon emissions is just the first step. Since most corporate GHG emissions are closely linked with energy use, calculating GHG emissions can help identify ways to reduce energy use, which also reduces costs.
Identifying the assets that contribute the most carbon can help a company focus its reduction efforts, reach its goals faster, and communicate results to key stakeholders.
Yes. Net Zero Cloud has report builders that walk you through reporting for both voluntary and required frameworks. So far, CSRD, GRI, SASB, and California's climate disclosure laws are supported. As new regulations come to light, Net Zero Cloud will continue to add corresponding report builders to the platform.
Sustainability software helps organisations manage, measure, and report on their sustainability metrics. Sustainability software can help companies comply with environmental regulations and frameworks, increase transparency with stakeholders, improve efficiency, meet sustainability goals, and more.
Companies may be required to follow certain mandatory frameworks. In broad terms, the determination of which mandatory frameworks to follow is based on the size of your organisation, where your organisation is based, and where your company does business. Companies may also choose to follow voluntary frameworks based on stakeholder interest or other reasons.
Yes. California's climate disclosure laws are several pieces of state legislation impacting climate disclosure within and beyond California's borders. These laws impact thousands of companies.
Expand supply chain visibility by integrating third-party data into a single record. This unified view helps you identify high-emitting hotspots and manage environmental risks across your entire network.
Increase data integrity across your supply chain with automated transitions. As utility data becomes apparent, the system prioritises actual usage data over placeholders, ensuring your final reports are based on the most reliable facts.
Calculate precise transport emissions. Accurately track ground travel by distance and easily correct fleet records, even for odometer errors. Achieve superior carbon accounting for impactful emissions calculations and fleet operations optimisation.
