What are the Salesforce Customer Success Awards?

This year, we are honoring the “Best of the Best” Agentforce success stories across the four pillars of the Salesforce Agentic Enterprise Architecture. Each category highlights how customers are using Agentforce to drive measurable business impact at scale:  

  • System of Context: Excellence in data strategy and unification using Data 360 to power smarter, more effective Agentforce outcomes.
  • System of Work:  Innovation in process automation and productivity, fueled by Agentforce in action.
  • System of Agency: An exemplary implementation of multi-agent orchestration with Agentforce at the core.
  • System of Engagement: Superior multi-channel customer or employee experiences, enhanced by Agentforce across Slack and beyond.

Who is eligible to participate?

In order to be nominated, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • Be a current Salesforce customer live in production with Agentforce.
  • Demonstrated Impact: Provide tangible metrics and evidence of measurable outcomes with Agentforce (e.g., ROI, hours saved, or CSR improvement).
  • Openness to Partnership & Visibility: A willingness to participate in high-visibility co-marketing (keynotes, web stories, and press).

How to submit a Customer Success Award nomination

Nominations are sourced internally and through our partner ecosystem. Reach out to your Salesforce Account Team today to share your story, and they will submit a nomination on your company’s behalf.

Important Dates:

  • Nominations Open: April 1, 2026
  • Nominations Close: June 30, 2026
  • Winners Announced: Dreamforce 2026
