Vienna - Office Accessibility

Accessibility is fundamental to Salesforce culture. We make our spaces as inclusive as possible, but also know that some of our offices still have some restrictions and limitations.

We want to make sure that visitors, guests and employees are aware of any constraints in our office spaces, as well as highlight some of the accessible provisions that can be expected when visiting us. That way, everyone is empowered to plan their visit and make their time with us easy and enjoyable.

Getting to and from the office

Yes, from Vienna Airport, take the ÖBB train directly to Vienna Central Station (16-minute travel time). Tickets can be purchased via the ÖBB Tickets app or at an ÖBB ticket machine. The office at Regus ICON Tower is a five-minute journey from Vienna Central Station.

Yes, Uber and taxis are available in Vienna. However, these options are typically more expensive than public transportation and may involve variable waiting times.

We suggest taking the ÖBB train to Vienna Central Station for the most direct and efficient route to the Regus ICON Tower, without additional stops.

Vienna Central Station is the closest, with various options within a 5-10 minute walk, including:
- Metro: U1
- Train: S1, S2, S3, S4
- Buses: 69A, 13A
- Trams: O, 1 and 18

Regus ICON Tower has a parking garage at GetrudeFröhlich-Sandner-Straße 2-4. Parking tickets can be purchased at reception or the pay station.

To reach the office, you will need to pass through a turnstile and use a lift card. All access points are wheelchair-accessible.

Yes, assistance and guide dogs are allowed; other animals are not permitted.

Yes, one of the eight lifts provides access to our Business Centre on the third floor.

The toilets next to the Salesforce offices are not fully accessible, as they lack automatic doors and grab rails. The accessible toilet is located on the ground floor and ICON reception staff will assist with access for Salesforce customers.

No, the building hasn't got all-gender toilets.

No dedicated parent’s room, but there is an in-house nursery school for ICON clients.

ICON Tower has a canteen accessible via escalator in the atrium and a café offering a 30% discount for ICON customers.

- Canteen: Monday - Friday, 11.00 - 13.30
- Café: Monday - Sunday, 07.00 - 17.00

Salesforce has a dedicated snack and beverage area in the social lounge, including a fridge for fresh items.

A variety of restaurants, bakeries and cafés are available within a five-minute distance, with many options in the building’s food court.

For support, please contact the Centre team, who works with the property management. Additional requests can be logged via a REWS Ticket.

The publicly accessible ICON Tower offers accessible routes from both the train station and parking garage to the lift serving the third floor.
