Key Takeaways
Weeks before Agentforce World Tour Singapore 2026 opened its doors, the Salesforce team was already living it. Demo environments were rebuilt from scratch after a mid-prep product update. Customer scenarios were stress-tested until every conversation had a clear next step.
When the event began, customers arrived with the same questions: How do we move from AI experimentation to real enterprise impact? How do we bring agents into everyday workflows? How do we do it with trust?
The team was ready — and so were the answers. Employees helped customers imagine what an agentic enterprise could look like inside their own businesses, moving conversations from possibility to a plan.

Where AI conversations get sharper
At the event, the conversation had moved past possibility. Customers wanted to understand how agentic AI could change in the parts of their business where work still felt slow, fragmented, or hard to scale.
For the Salesforce teams leading those conversations, that made the work feel purposeful. They were helping customers connect that momentum to real business problems: giving service teams faster access to answers, helping sales teams work with better context, reducing time lost across fragmented systems, and building workflows that users could consistently rely on.
Valentin, Cloud Account Executive, Salesforce, shared: “The AI landscape is maturing. Companies know AI isn’t magic. To be production-grade, it needs business context, the right permissions, and workflows you can trust.”

Liz, Slack Enterprise Account Director, Salesforce, saw the same conviction play out at the Slack booth: “Customers aren’t asking whether to adopt AI anymore. They’re asking how to become an agentic enterprise. What clicked was experiencing AI embedded into workflows they already use.”
That is where the most interesting work happens, and our employees enjoyed guiding customers through those conversations.

We are Customer Zero
Salesforce builds from lived experience. Many of Salesforce’s products are tested, refined, and embedded in the company’s own workflows before they reach customers. We call it our Customer Zero approach, and it’s one of the clearest differentiators employees notice when they join.
At Agentforce World Tour Singapore 2026, customers were eager to see products like Agentforce and Slack in action. The best part was that they are a part of our everyday workflow, so customers got to see the proof, not a demo.
Lizdescribed it from her own routine: “You can’t sell what you don’t use. I use Slackbot and Agentforce daily, to prep for customer calls, pull context across accounts, and draft follow-ups. It has made me sharper and faster, but more importantly, it has given me a direct experience of what an agentic workflow actually feels like.”
That deeper understanding changes the quality of the customer conversation in ways that preparation alone cannot replicate. Customers know within minutes whether the person across the table has lived inside the technology or simply rehearsed it.
Valentin shared: “A few years ago, it could take hours to build a point of view for a customer or find the right product answer. Now I can ask Slackbot or Agentforce Coworker, directly in Slack and Salesforce, and get there in seconds.”

Where careers are built through relationships
The Agentforce World Tour is built around big moments. The keynote sets the vision. The product announcements signal where the industry is heading. But ask Salesforce employees what stays with them long after the event ends, and something else comes up: the people.
The customer who sharpens your thinking. The partner who widens your perspective. The Trailblazer who challenges your assumptions. The teammate who changes your next ten interactions. The World Tour brings the entire Salesforce ecosystem together in one place, and the relationships built there compound long after the event.
Shankar’s advice is clear: “Stay obsessively curious and get close to the customer. The best career moments come when you help someone see what they did not know was possible.”
Jolyn, Data Foundation Account Director at Salesforce, shared, “Agents are only as good as the systems and context you connect them to. Salesforce has taught me that no matter how fast technology moves, the customer has to be your anchor. AI is creating new possibilities every day, but the people who create the most value are the ones who can connect those possibilities to real business needs.”

Working where the next shift is already underway
Valentin’s Salesforce journey spans nine years: first as part of the wider ecosystem, and for the past six years as an employee. That gives him a rare view of how much the company, the technology, and the customer conversation have changed.
“The Salesforce of 2026 is completely different from the one I worked with in 2017. The pace of change has never been this fast. In a landscape evolving this quickly, you have to keep adapting and learning every single day,” he said.
From the outside, that pace can feel daunting. From the inside, employees describe it as the reason the work stays exciting.
To be part of Salesforce in Singapore right now is to be close to customers making some of the biggest technology decisions of their careers. It means working with AI tools that are still evolving, solving problems that are still being defined, and learning alongside a community that treats curiosity as part of the job.
Agentforce World Tour Singapore 2026 was one day in that larger story. For the employees who helped bring it to life, it was also a reminder of why they chose to build their careers here.
The next Agentforce World Tour is already on the horizon. The question is: will you be attending it or helping shape it?
