Product and site FAQ powered by Agentforce: Now, AI agents trained on trusted business data can instantly answer complex questions about your store policies or granular item details, just like an expert sales associate. For example, How does a pair of jeans actually fit on someone with my exact measurements? Does this refrigerator use a linear or inverter compressor, and how does that affect noise level and efficiency? In the past, shoppers had to toggle between tabs, search forums, and call service reps to get hyper-specific answers that would inform their purchase decisions. Now, they can simply chat with an AI agent trained on detailed product information, and get answers immediately. 

B2C Commerce

More efficient merchandising with Agentic Boost and Bury: Merchandisers now have more control to strategically promote specific products with Agentic Boost and Bury. Assisted by AI agents, merchandisers can instantly boost high-margin, trending, or overstocked items, or “bury” low-margin, slow-moving, or out-of-stock items depending on business needs. This makes it much faster and easier to increase sales of specific items, clear out inventory, or promote new collections.

Bring your own payment provider with Adyen: To help you achieve faster time to value, Agentforce Commerce customers can now bring their own payment provider with our flexible framework, saving you from complex integrations. This pre-built integration allows you to keep your existing Adyen account without drawing a new contract or re-negotiating rates. The integration connects your Adyen account directly to your Agentforce Commerce store, so you can manage payments while leveraging Adyen’s features like checkout components, fraud protection, and various payment methods.

Improve data connectivity with the new Intelligence Connector:  The new B2C Commerce Intelligence Connector gives you a robust mechanism for ingesting and managing comprehensive commerce data. You can now extract shopper journey data (such as orders, products, promotions, and onsite search). Ultimately, this new feature helps you connect the dots between your Agentforce Commerce site and data from other areas of your business (like marketing, service, and sales) to enable better personalization, analysis, and reporting. This makes it seamless to bring your shopper engagement data into Data Cloud to unlock insights faster. 

Streamline checkout with address autocomplete: Sometimes, the difference between conversion and cart abandonment is just a few keystrokes. With address autocomplete, you can reduce keystrokes and errors at the most abandonment-prone step of checkout. During checkout, a shopper now needs to enter only three characters of their shipping or billing address to instantly receive Google-powered recommendations. When the shopper selects an address from the list of recommendations, Google completes the remaining address fields.

Point of Sale

New compatibility with Google Android and Zebra Technologies: This new partnership between Salesforce, Google Android, and Zebra Teechnologies gives retailers more hardware flexibility. For retailers already using Zebra devices, this new partnership enables a quick, easy upgrade to Retail Cloud POS. No need for new hardware investments or lengthy deployments. Simply load the app onto the devices that are already in your associates’ hands. Also now on Android, the inventory management module includes real-time inventory adjustment and cycle counts — all inside the point-of-sale app.

New RFID-powered cycle counts: With this new point-of-sale feature, store operations will be dramatically more efficient. Inventory tasks that used to take your associates hours now take just minutes with handheld readers that don’t require a direct line of sight. That means more time helping customers and less time in the stockroom. You can now share one B2C product catalog across both your digital and physical stores. This gets new products to market faster and prevents discrepancies.

Order Management
