Growing up in a small town in West Bengal, I was always curious about the world beyond mine. That curiosity stitched together every chapter of my life — new cities, new opportunities, and eventually a career where understanding people became my greatest strength. That path led me to Salesforce, where I work in Employer Brand Marketing. My belief is simple: people don't connect with companies, they connect with people. Every day I blend strategy, creativity, and storytelling to help people imagine themselves here long before they click "Apply."

Whether I'm mapping a candidate journey, brainstorming campaign ideas with recruiters, analysing performance metrics or writing content that captures a team's culture, I'm happiest when creativity and strategy come together. One of my favourite moments is hearing someone read a piece of content and say, "That sounds exactly like us." To me, that's the real measure of good storytelling. The best brands don't invent stories—they amplify the ones already being lived.
You'll usually find me chasing one of three things: a new recipe, a new place or a new perspective. I'm endlessly fascinated by stories—whether they come from a book, a conversation with a stranger or an employee sharing what makes them love where they work. I believe creativity doesn't begin when you sit down to write—it begins when you're paying attention to the world around you.
