UK Gender Pay Gap
Report 2024

Salesforce has published the findings of its UK Gender Pay Report, based on the criteria established by the UK government. The findings show the median hourly pay gap is decreasing with progress in upper middle roles and entry level talent. A continued focus on equitable recruitment practices positively influenced recruitment overall, leading to a more diverse workforce. This commitment led to more talent joining at entry levels impacting the overall average.

As part of our long term talent strategies, we continue to invest in local programs and initiatives that aim to close the Gender Pay Gap, including:

• Continued focus on gender representation in the UK Leadership Team and broader enablement across the UK, including inclusive hiring training for all people managers to ensure our current and future leaders are leading with equality.
• Appointment of a new EVP, Talent Growth & Development, which will include a focus on the structural barriers women face in career progression.
• Expansion of Leadership Development programs, including the launch of a new EMEA Women in Leadership program which is dedicated to amplifying, supporting, and developing women to increase the pipeline of future leaders at Salesforce.
• Creation of a UK Equality Taskforce which leverages the collective expertise of executives, Business Resource groups, HR, and business orgs which promote gender equality in the workplace.
• Empowering and elevating our local Business Resource Group, including Women's Network UK, by ensuring they have executive sponsors, budget, governance frameworks and visibility in order to make meaningful impact in the Business.
• Expanding our untapped talent programs, including our apprenticeship program in the UK, ensuring equitable access to careers across the entire Salesforce ecosystem.

Salesforce remains deeply committed to equal pay. In 2015, Salesforce was one of the first companies to evaluate whether there were any gaps in pay among its global workforce, and continues to evaluate pay — including bonuses and stock — on an ongoing basis.
