Mexico City - Office Accessibility

Accessibility is fundamental to Salesforce culture. We make our spaces as inclusive as possible, but also know that some of our offices still have some restrictions and limitations.

We want to make sure that visitors, guests and employees are aware of any constraints in our office spaces, as well as highlight some of the accessible provisions that can be expected when visiting us. That way, everyone is empowered to plan their visit and make their time with us easy and enjoyable.

Getting to and from the office

The best option from the airport is by Uber. There are other options but they are not accessible, including the bus, Metrobus and the subway.

Yes, service dogs and emotional support animals are allowed into the building with prior permission from the landlord.

Yes, there are four lifts that will reach all the office floors.

Yes, the parent’s room is located on the 1st floor. It is open to all employees under bookings through the WeWork app.

Snacks are located on the 4th floor in the social lounge.

The walking distance to nearby restaurants for lunch is approximately 15 minutes.

Customers and guests can work with their host to request disability-related accommodations prior to their visit.

Employees can submit a workplace accommodations ticket prior to their visit to put accommodations in place.

Requests should be submitted at least five (5) days in advance to ensure our teams have ample time to put accommodations in place. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests but cannot guarantee a quick turnaround.
