Pilar - Office Accessibility

Accessibility is fundamental to Salesforce culture. We make our spaces as inclusive as possible, but also know that some of our offices still have some restrictions and limitations.

We want to make sure that visitors, guests and employees are aware of any constraints in our office spaces, as well as highlight some of the accessible provisions that can be expected when visiting us. That way, everyone is empowered to plan their visit and make their time with us easy and enjoyable.

Getting to and from the office

There’s public transportation available but the journey is over two hours. The most convenient way is use uber, cabify or taxi.

In the office

There’s no guideline in place at this point. The landlord’s admin team is open to discuss the topic.

Yes, there are two lifts.

There’s an accessible toilet in each floor of the building, in the toilet area (which is outside our office space, it’s within common hallway area)

No, there are no gender-neutral toilets.

No, there’s no parent’s room in the building or Parque Austral premises.

We have two spaces where the snack programme can be found: main dining room - social lounge - at one side of the office and then a small space in the Game Room.

The nearest restaurant is 230 metres away.

Customers and guests can work with their host to request disability-related accommodations prior to their visit.

Employees can submit a workplace accommodations ticket prior to their visit to put accommodations in place.

Requests should be submitted at least five (5) days in advance to ensure our teams have ample time to put accommodations in place. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests but cannot guarantee a quick turnaround.
