Keynote: Empowering the Mission - Building the Trusted Agentic Enterprise

KEYNOTE: Empowering the Mission - Building the Trusted Agentic Enterprise

The first ever Public Sector Summit brought together hundreds of leaders and trailblazers across Government, Health, Education and Nonprofit to learn how to bridge the gap from fragmented data to Agentic impact and how AI agents act as force multipliers for the frontline mission.

Join us for a broadcast of the main keynote, where the 'Agentic Revolution' meets the real life pressures of efficiency, productivity and trust.

What You'll Learn

Our public sector leaders and special guest speakers will explore how trusted AI is transforming Government, Health, Education and Nonprofit organisations across ANZ - and what it takes to move from pilot to real-world impact.

• The case for change - why Trust and Innovation are the foundation for modern public service, and how to break free from legacy silos to deliver services that are efficient, accessible and secure.
• A blueprint for AI at scale - how a platform grounded in unified data, business logic, autonomous action and seamless engagement gives leaders a practical starting point for building trusted AI.
• AI expanding frontline capacity - how DV Safe Phone is using autonomous agents to support domestic violence survivors beyond what human teams alone can deliver.
• Secure, deterministic AI in practice - see Agentforce, Slack, Data Cloud and the Einstein Trust Layer in action, keeping human teams in control while agents handle complex, high-volume work.
• Build AI tools with natural language - watch a live demo of a Compliance Agent using Vibe Coding, natively grounded in Data Cloud to meet strict compliance and data sovereignty requirements.
• Hear real transformation stories - featuring Gigi Silk, Senior Manager, Digital Transformation and Data, Zoos Victoria and Amanda Pafumi, Chief Operating Officer, Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC).

You'll also be able to ask questions throughout the broadcast via the live chat with our Salesforce team.
