Stopping the AI Cash Burn: How Insurers Turn Targeted AI into Real P&L Impact

Deploy AI with precision. Learn how leading insurers use process intelligence to target high-yield operational bottlenecks and re-engineer claims, underwriting, and member workflows into bottom-line profitability.

Every insurance team is under pressure to deploy AI, but many are finding that the rising use of AI is becoming a cash burn and not necessarily translating into measurable gains on the profit and loss statement. The key to unlocking real ROI is process-led AI: moving away from broad, unguided experiments and using precise targeting instead. By identifying exact operational friction points first, insurers can ensure every AI deployment directly lowers loss adjustment expense, accelerates cycle times, which boosts member retention.
