Event Information
Salesforce World Tour Sydney 2022, including all Main Show, registration and breakout activities, will take place at the International Convention Centre, Sydney.

Registration will take place in the Aware Super theatre (ICC Sydney Theatre) next to Moriarty Walk. There will be signage throughout the venue to help you navigate Salesforce World Tour Sydney 2022.

- The Customer Success Expo is located on Level 4, access via Hall 6. Breakouts, Catering, Campground and Sponsors are all located here.
- The Customer Success Expo will be operational from 8:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m.
- The Main Show is located on Level 4 via Hall 5.
- For a breakdown of sponsors and their locations, visit the Visitor Centre on the day.
- Main Show is located on Level 4 via Customer Success Expo in Hall 5 (The entrance to Main show is via the Customer Success Expo in Hall 6).
- To join the queue, meet Salesforce Ambassadors outside the Main Show within the Customer Success Expo, Level 4. Queuing will start from 11:00 a.m. The Main Show Room will not be accessible prior to this time, or via any other entrance.
- If you do not receive a seat in the Main Show room, please make your way back to the Customer Success Expo where you can watch the Main Show from a live feed in all breakout areas.
Let’s do our bit for #TeamEarth! This year Salesforce is offering a TerraCycle recycling service as part of our commitment to sustainability. Bring your empty beauty products and deposit them in a labelled bin at the MECCA stand so we can recycle the unrecyclable.

COVID-19 Health and Safety
Salesforce continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will make decisions in the best interest of our customers, partners and employees.
Upon arrival, COVID-19 rapid antigen tests will be performed by qualified medical staff and a negative result, plus proof of vaccination, will be required to gain admission to the event.

- Tea, coffee and light breakfast items will be served on arrival. Lunch will be available in the Customer Success Expo following the Main Show. Afternoon tea will also be served.
- At the end of the event, networking drinks and canapés will be provided.
- Should you have any special dietary needs, please include details when you register, or contact us with your requests.
Flights and Accomodation
Tickets and Registration
You will receive your e-Ticket via email or SMS (provided you opt-in to receive event updates via your mobile during registration) the morning of the event.
Having your e-Ticket showing on your mobile device upon arrival at the venue will allow for a speedy entry. If you do not have it available or did not receive it, you will still be able to check-in.
- Visitor Centres - there is one visitor centre on the Expo floor, equipped with helpful staff to guide you to where you need to be. This centre also operate as a point of contact to the event team, so if you see a need or have a concern, relay it to the staff here.
- Venue Concierge - there is an active Concierge at Hall 7, Level 4 should you require additional assistance.
ICC Amenities
Additional restrooms are located on levels 3-5, along the walkway.
Dedicated parenting rooms can be found in the following locations:
- Convention Centre: ground floor and level two
- Exhibition Centre: level two
- First State Super Theatre: level two
If you require assistance locating a parenting room while at the venue, please visit any customer service desk or ask one of our friendly team members.
Please note that if you wish to visit a venue Parent’s Room, you will need to re-enter the Event on Level 4 through the initial security check point.

- The ICC is a strictly non-smoking venue. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the venue.
- Please note that if you wish to leave the venue to smoke, you will have to re-enter the Event on Level 4 through the initial security check point.
Accessibility
Accessible toilets, ramps and spacious passenger lifts are available throughout the venue. Lowered or angled counters are located at key retail and customer service points.
A limited number of wheelchairs are available for hire free of charge. Wheelchairs can be collected from any customer service desk throughout the venue.
ICC Sydney has equitable and step-free access to every conference, exhibition and entertainment venue. The Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre and Aware Super Theatre are seamlessly connected via the step-free level two concourse which can be accessed from all three venues.
ICC Sydney has wheelchair accessible parenting rooms equipped with a feeding area, change table and food preparation area. Dedicated parenting rooms can be found in the following locations:
- Convention Centre Ground Level — Located in the corridor next to the cafe directly opposite the first aid room
- Convention Centre Level 2 — located in the corridor on the right between Parkside Ballroom and The Gallery, before you reach Pyrmont Theatre and foyer
- Exhibition Centre Level 2 — located directly to the right of Hall 3 entry point
- Aware Super Theatre Level 2 — located directly to the right of Door 4 entry point.
Please note that if you wish to leave the venue, you will have to re-enter the Event on Level 4 through the initial security check point.
Security and Code of Conduct
It’s our priority to ensure a safe environment for everyone attending World Tour. As such, we’re implementing security scanning measures for attendees, including X-ray bag checks and metal detectors. Small and large suitcases are not permitted into the event, but cloakroom facilities will be available adjacent to the main registration area.

ICC Sydney is equipped with multiple first aid treatment rooms:
- a medical Room is located behind the foyer on the ground floor of the Convention centre
- additional first aid rooms are located throughout ICC Sydney: Exhibition Centre Level 2 & Level 5, Aware Super Theatre, Ground Floor & Level Two.
A first aid officer will be in attendance during major events, along with first aid responders. ICC Sydney venue security personnel are also first aid trained.
Emergency response first aid equipment such as defibrillators and Oxy Vivas are available within the facility and first aid responders can arrange further medical assistance, such as an Ambulance, if necessary.
If first aid is required, please contact site Security, Event Services Floor Manager or a member of the ICC team.
