Evaldas Zaranka’s Trailblazer journey began with a bold decision to leave behind the unpredictable hours of his cybersecurity career and set his sights on a career in tech. Evaldas dedicated an hour each morning to learning, immersing himself in Trailhead’s gamified experiences, and following a focused path that aligned with his personal and professional goals. Over time, he earned more than 1,000 badges and the foundational skills needed to succeed in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Breaking into a new career is never easy, but Evaldas didn’t let obstacles define his path. While many of the roles he applied for required experience he didn’t yet have, he didn’t wait for opportunities to come to him. He reached out to hiring managers, asked thoughtful questions, and treated every interview as a chance to refine his approach.
