For Sally ElGhoul, technology isn’t just a career — it’s a calling. Growing up in Egypt, she started learning computer programming in elementary school, which ignited a lifelong interest. Her family encouraged her to pursue engineering, however, Sally chose to study Computer Science, later earning a Master’s degree in Robotics. Upon earning her degrees, Sally launched her career as a developer specializing in ASP.NET and C#. Her journey with Salesforce began in 2010 when her company, ITWorx, tasked her with assisting a client who wanted to learn about the Salesforce Platform.

Salesforce became the perfect match for Sally’s love of continuous learning and innovation. Her interest grew as she continued to gain unique job opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem, leading her to move from Egypt to the United Kingdom, and later, to Canada. Salesforce’s ever-evolving capabilities continually inspire her to enhance her skills, embrace fresh challenges, and innovate through coding and development.

Today, Sally is a Consultant, Salesforce Lead Developer, and Salesforce Technical Architect focused on building innovative solutions for her clients. She’s currently exploring ways to integrate Agentforce into her client projects and is actively learning about its potential through Trailhead modules and hands-on sessions. Her interest in AI stems from its ability to enhance productivity, such as summarizing records or drafting emails, all while maintaining security through the Einstein Trust Layer. Sally also leverages Agentforce for Developers in her personal consultancy projects to improve code quality and foster collaboration amongst her team. Recently, she achieved her AI Specialist and AI Associate Salesforce certifications, further solidifying her expertise in this growing field.
