Journey to Discovery
After completing a master's degree, Scott Luikart faced the challenge of finding a job in his chosen field. He held a handful of different jobs, from auditing lifeguards at water resorts to working as a technical support rep for Apple. One thing did remain consistent across every role he held — he found his calling in community, and creating solutions that made people's lives easier. When Scott discovered Salesforce, he was amazed by the possibility of applying his existing customer service skills to a technical role. Scott attended his first Dreamforce in 2013 and later immersed himself in the Trailblazer Community. His community connections landed him a role where he eventually became a Salesforce Administrator.
