We are in the Midst of an Interface Revolution, and it is about to Transform the Enterprise – Keynote Recap

“When you put all those things together, you get AIforce,” said Marc Benioff, Chair and CEO, Salesforce at today’s Dreamforce keynote. “You get those capabilities and you get this live interface that untraps the value.”

Salesforce executives, partners, and customers joined Marc Benioff, Chair and CEO, Salesforce to discuss the power of combining AI’s probabilistic intelligence with enterprise intelligence.

As Jensen Huang, President and CEO, NVIDIA said, “The sky’s the limit for every industry, for every single country, so engage AI, don’t get left behind.”

The Adecco Group Rolls Out Agentforce Coworker Across 40 Countries

The Adecco Group announced it is scaling Salesforce’s Agentforce Coworker to more than 40 countries, extending access to roughly 27,000 employees worldwide. The expansion follows a successful pilot in the UK and France and marks one of the largest agentic AI rollouts among Salesforce customers to date.

Denis Machuel, CEO of the Adecco Group, will join Marc Benioff, chair and CEO of Salesforce at the main Dreamforce keynote today to discuss human-centric AI.

We are seeing the biggest redesign of work since the internet; we need to enable our people with technology and new ways of working. Building on our successful recruitment agentification, the rollout of Coworker means our teams have access to a single interface that knows candidate history, client context for the moment when human judgment matters the most.

Denis Machuel, CEO, The Adecco Group

The details:

  • The Adecco Group is deploying Agentforce Coworker, built on Anthropic’s Claude and embedded directly in the Salesforce platform, giving sales and recruitment teams a single interface to surface priority prospects, prepare sales briefs, and launch pre-screening, recruiter, or onboarding agents.
  • This builds on Adecco’s existing agentic AI recruitment deployment already live across 10 countries, representing 50% of its business revenues, which has driven more than 2.5 million agent-candidate interactions since April 2025.
  • The rollout is backed by an unlimited Agentforce 360 enterprise agreement.

Enterprise AI: You Can Buy the Model. You Can’t Buy the Trust.

As Dreamforce gets underway, Franny Hsiao, PhD, Salesforce’s Chief AI Advisor and Head of the Graduate AI Builder Program, published a byline in Diginomica arguing that better intent hasn’t produced better adoption, because “the last mile is human and it has to be led, not installed.”

Hsiao outlines five things that separate enterprises who succeed with AI:

  • They build psychological safety before mandating adoption
  • They lead with human-centric design, treating AI as collaborative intelligence rather than replacement
  • They redesign roles, workflows, and org structures instead of bolting AI onto broken processes
  • They pull every change lever together — leadership, enablement, incentives, and governance
  • They grow talent under leaders who’ve genuinely internalized AI themselves, not just adoption program managers

You can buy the models. You can stand up the agents. You cannot buy psychological safety, re-designed roles, an inclusive and empowered workforce, or leaders who have genuinely internalized the new way of working.

Franny Hsiao, Chief AI Advisor and Head of the Graduate AI Builder Program, Salesforce

One striking example: at DAWN cafe in Tokyo, servers are avatar robots remotely piloted by people with severe disabilities, including ALS — giving them income and a workplace they couldn’t physically enter.

Trust is exactly the thread AIforce is pulling on at Dreamforce this week. In Navigating Trust in the Modern Salesforce Ecosystem on Wednesday, WithSecure’s Head of Threat Intelligence will break down how trust moves across the entire Salesforce workflow, from Agentforce and Data 360 to AIforce and every connected integration, and give attendees a framework to reason about it.

Slack’s Road to Dreamforce: Code Channels, Surfaces, and What’s Next

Ahead of Dreamforce, Slack shipped two updates aimed at bringing people, AI agents, and enterprise data into the same workspace.

First, Slack Code Channels let AI coding agents from GitHub, Cognition, Anthropic, and Vercel work in the open with a team instead of solo. Tag an agent and it spins up a dedicated channel with live output, diffs, and canvas integration. The whole team watches, weighs in, and signs off before anything ships. Watch the demo here.

Code channels bring that work into the open, where the rest of the team can see it, shape it, and build on it.

Rob Seaman, EVP and GM, Slack

Then came Salesforce announced Slack Surfaces, which brings Salesforce data to life right inside conversations. Ask Slackbot to build a dashboard, report, deck, poll, or calculator from an organisation’s connected data, and it shows up as a live artifact in-channel: pinnable, auto-refreshing, and editable just by chatting. Watch how it works in practice here.

Catch the full news and more demos on Slack Code Channels blog here, and the Slack Surfaces here.

“Action is the Antithesis of Anxiety.” – Salesforce UKI’s CEO on Leading the AI Wave, Responsibly

As we gear up for Dreamforce, Salesforce UKI CEO Zahra Bahrololoumi CBE penned a timely reflection in ComputerWeekly.com on three decades of tech disruption, and what it means for how we navigate the AI era.

For Bahrololoumi, from the move to digital, the internet boom, to Mobile, Cloud, and Software as a service, social – every few years seems to bring another moment when people declared that everything was about to change. Artificial intelligence (AI) is the biggest one yet, by quite a distance.

I’m asking myself, what kind of future are we building with technology? Will it elevate humanity and our societies, or undermine us? Only we decide, and it’s in our hands to build responsible AI that serves people and fosters a healthy society, first and foremost.

Salesforce UKI CEO Zahra Bahrololoumi CBE

Bahrololoumi points to a real-world example of AI’s potential done right: Salesforce’s AI agent Bobbi, which is helping UK police forces handle non-urgent, routine requests so officers and staff can focus on the high-risk calls that need human discernment.

Three takeaways worth carrying into Dreamforce conversations this week:

  • Embrace continuous learning: tech revolutions reward those who roll up their sleeves and experiment early.
  • Focus on human-centric AI: the most successful transformations put people, trust, and real outcomes ahead of tech for tech’s sake.
  • Build momentum through action: small, clear steps are the best remedy for uncertainty in fast-moving change.

For Bahrololoumi, by being proactive in the face of uncertainty, being human, and improving skills, we won’t just adapt to change, but use technology to shape a more positive, human-focused future.

Salesforce Introduces the Trusted Enterprise AI Harness

As agents take on increasingly complex work across every function of the business, including understanding what’s happening, deciding what to do next, and taking action across systems, they need a trusted foundation to do that work reliably, securely, and at scale. That’s the role of Salesforce’s new Enterprise AI Harness, announced today: a new architecture that gives AI a shared understanding of the customer and the business, and enables it to act with trust.

The Harness brings together six capabilities spanning context, agency, action, governance, security, and models, delivered through a common, composable architecture built on the customer relationships, processes, and controls already running the business.

An Enterprise AI Harness makes these capabilities reusable across the enterprise: context can be shared across agents and models, actions and workflows can be securely invoked wherever needed, and governance and security applied consistently as AI moves across the business.

Salesforce is drawing on core technologies from Data 360, Informatica, MuleSoft, Agent Fabric, Tableau, Agentforce, Salesforce Guardian, and the Salesforce Platform to power it.

The Rise of the “A-Shaped” CMO: Closing Marketing’s AI Execution Gap

As marketing leaders take the stage at Dreamforce next week, recent Salesforce research reveals that 77% of marketing leaders are redesigning their departments for AI agents. This shift gives rise to the “A-Shaped” CMO: executives who combine deep domain expertise with AI fluency and data mastery.

However, while 85% of marketers report using AI, an execution gap remains: many struggle to translate strategy into measurable ROI. Echoing the latest Agentic Enterprise Index data, which shows AI skill sets tripling as brands shift from basic task automation to multi-step workflows, marketing leaders are now focused on translating strategy into measurable ROI.

Bridging this gap requires establishing a unified data foundation. As Jo Petifer, VP of Field Marketing at Salesforce UKI, highlights, AI agents are only as smart as the data powering them. Without real-time, clean data, autonomous agents cannot deliver personalized customer experiences.

The old marketing playbook—built around broad, one-way campaigns—no longer applies. Today’s customers don’t want campaigns; they want conversations.

Jo Petifer, VP of Field Marketing, Salesforce UKI

Key Takeaways:

  • Organisational redesign: Leaders are restructuring teams around human-agent collaboration to scale operations.
  • The data imperative: Trusted, real-time data is essential for AI agents to make accurate, personalised decisions.
  • Closing the ROI gap: Shifting focus from basic automation to strategic integration unlocks genuine business value.

Claudeforce: Salesforce and Anthropic Bring Claude Into the Enterprise Harness

On the road to Dreamforce, Salesforce and Anthropic have announced Claudeforce, an expanded strategic partnership bringing together “the world’s #1 AI and #1 CRM”. The partnership integrates Claude directly across the Salesforce ecosystem via the new AIforce UI harness, Headless 360, Data 360, Tableau, and Slack.

The Claudeforce integration builds on Headless 360, which enables AI agents to access Salesforce data, business logic, workflows, and governed actions directly.

“Probabilistic intelligence alone doesn’t run a company, and deterministic systems don’t reason. By fusing Claude’s extraordinary reasoning with the trusted data, workflows, and governance every enterprise runs on, we’re delivering a dynamic interface that thinks, reasons, and acts. This is how every business will run.”

Marc Benioff, Chair & CEO, Salesforce

  • Salesforce in Claude: Launches with 37 prebuilt sales skills, including meeting prep, deal health review, and pipeline review, available now to select pilot customers, with open beta in September 2026.
  • Claude in Agentforce: Claude becomes available inside Agentforce as the reasoning model for the Atlas Reasoning Engine.
  • Claude in Slack: Claude is now the default model for Slack, powering Slackbot, which has already driven 8.1 million annualised productivity hours for Salesforce employees — growing more than 2x quarter-over-quarter.

“Through this partnership, companies can point Claude at the customer information and business context they’ve been building in Salesforce for decades, and use it to actually run and grow their businesses.”

Dario Amodei, CEO & Co-Founder, Anthropic

Modern Work

Britain’s AI Challenge Isn’t Adoption. It’s Training — Here’s How Salesforce Is Closing the Gap

As global leaders gather at Dreamforce this week to discuss the future of work, new research underscores a critical challenge: the UK doesn’t have an AI adoption problem—it has a training problem.

Speaking on the Jimmy’s Jobs of the Future podcast, Salesforce UKI CEO Zahra Bahrololoumi CBE shared stark new findings from a survey of 1,430 UK workers by Salesforce and Focaldata: 61% of employees have received no formal AI training from their employer. As businesses rapidly deploy autonomous agents, too few have the people trained to manage them.

The UK continues to lead globally in AI innovation, and at Salesforce we’re proud to be powering that success with a $6 billion investment through 2030. Real progress, however, must be inclusive.

Zahra Bahrololoumi CBE, CEO, Salesforce UKI on LinkedIn

Without coordinated investment in skills, a new productivity divide threatens to take hold. Salesforce’s London AI Centre was built specifically to answer this challenge—providing hands-on space for businesses and communities to build AI skills.

Practical proof of this effort in action can be seen in Salesforce’s UK apprenticeship scheme, which creates structured routes into the AI workforce without requiring a traditional tech degree.

Agentic Enterprise Index: The Data Behind the Agentic Enterprise

If you’re hearing the term Agentic Enterprise on every stage at Dreamforce next week, Salesforce’s new Agentic Enterprise Index provides the hard data to back it up. The index proves that autonomous agents aren’t just a future vision, they’re delivering real-world ROI right now across industries.

Activated agents nearly tripled (3x) this fiscal year, with agent creation time cut by 53%.

Key takeaways from the data:

  • Adoption is surging: activated agents nearly tripled (3x) this fiscal year, with agent creation time cut by 53%
  • Agents are getting smarter: average skill sets tripled from 2 to 6 unique skills — jumping up to 350% during peak demand like holiday retail
  • Real business impact: retailers using AI agents saw 4x higher YoY holiday sales growth (8% vs. 2%)
  • Trust is climbing: weekly employee usage tripled, and escalation rates held steady at 32% even as agent-handled conversations scaled 170x
  • No one-size-fits-all path: two winning strategies emerged — high-volume/task-specific (retail, travel) vs. versatile/multistep (manufacturing, financial services, public sector, healthcare)

Meet Bobbi: The UK’s First Police AI Agent, One Year On

World Tour London showed what an agentic enterprise looks like in practice. Six months on, the UK’s first police AI agent, “Bobbi,” built on Agentforce for Thames Valley Police and Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary, has handled the equivalent of 14,000 citizen contacts a year and freed up 3,266 operational hours — letting officers focus where they’re needed most.

Thames Valley Police’s Director of Digital & Innovation is taking the story to Dreamforce this week, appearing in two government keynotes:

  • In Scale Mission Impact With Trusted AI, they join public sector leaders to unpack how agentic AI is closing the delivery gap for government agencies at scale.
  • In Agentic AI Powers Employee Success, they’ll speak to how agentic IT and HR service is shifting support from reactive ticket queues to proactive resolution — the same operational-efficiency thinking behind Bobbi.

Headless 360 Goes Enterprise-Wide Ahead of Dreamforce

On the road to Dreamforce, Salesforce announced a major expansion of Headless 360, extending it across Marketing, Sales, Service, Commerce, MuleSoft, Informatica, Tableau, and the broader platform. The goal: turn every Salesforce cloud into reusable enterprise capabilities that any authorised AI agent can securely discover and use through open standards.

At Dreamforce, the keynote Headless 360: Anywhere Humans and Agents Work will show how these capabilities work in practice.

Why the UK Is Becoming the World’s Third-Largest AI Hub

As international leaders gather at Dreamforce this week to chart the future of enterprise software, all eyes are on regional powerhouses driving global AI adoption. Among them, the UK is cementing its position as the world’s third-largest AI hub, with Salesforce’s London AI Centre standing as proof of that momentum.

Speaking to ETN (European Tech Network) at World Tour London, Paul O’Sullivan, SVP and CTO at Salesforce UKI, shared how business leaders should approach this shift. His core message to organisations: treat AI agents not as a one-off IT project, but as an evolving extension of the workforce.

This journey that we’re all going on with Agentic AI, it’s a once in a lifetime… You need to treat agents as an extension of your workforce. If you’re thinking, don’t think, just start.

Paul O’Sullivan, SVP and CTO at Salesforce UKI

This bias toward action reflects what attendees will see across the Campground and stages at Dreamforce: the fastest-growing enterprises are no longer piloting basic chatbots, they’re deploying autonomous agents into day-to-day operations.
