Wakayama - Office Accessibility

Accessibility is fundamental to Salesforce culture. We make our spaces as inclusive as possible, but also know that some of our offices still have some restrictions and limitations.

We want to make sure that visitors, guests and employees are aware of any constraints in our office spaces, as well as highlight some of the accessible provisions that can be expected when visiting us. That way, everyone is empowered to plan their visit and make their time with us easy and enjoyable.

Getting to and from the office

From the airport to the office; ride-sharing service ‘NearMe’ is available.
- NearMe bookings need to be made by 5.00 pm the day before the ride. Please click HERE for more information.
From JR Shirahama station to the office; taxis are the only transport option.
- NOTE: Only folding wheelchairs are allowed in both taxis and NearMe.

In the office

- Service dogs are allowed in the building.
- Employees must submit a Workplace Accommodation Request to Employee Success before bringing the service animal into the building. Vendors and customers do not need to go through the formal process.

Salesforce office is located on the ground floor.

No accessible toilet is available in the building.

Snacks and beverages are available at the pantry area in our office.

There are no restaurants near the office. Please purchase and bring your own lunch from the train station or the airport.

Employees and candidates may request an adjustment by submitting a ticket with Employee Success (VPN required). Customers and guests should work with their Salesforce host to put adjustments in place prior to their arrival.
