The event will be held at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre

Agentforce World Tour Singapore will take place on Level 4, in the Peony and Roselle Simpor Ballrooms.
Event check in will take place in the foyer of Level 4, just outside of the ballrooms. There will be signage throughout the venue to help you navigate Agentforce World Tour Singapore.
Subject to our prior approval, yes, your child may attend the event under your supervision for the duration of the event. Please email us prior to the event at aseanevents@salesforce.com and we will advise of any special information you need to be aware of (such as location of feeding rooms, any service of alcohol to avoid and publicity release requirements).
There are many close by hotels to Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre, and it is easy to get a taxi or public transport from most of these. Some of the closer hotels are:

Morning tea, lunch, networking drinks and canapés will be provided free of charge. Should you have any special dietary needs, please include details when you register or contact us with your requests.
There won’t be any purchasable food at the venue.
If you leave the venue throughout the day, you must re-enter through security and have your credentials checked.
Yes, we will be accommodating special dietary restrictions. Please input any dietary needs when registering so we can accommodate them. On the day, customers with dietaries will be communicated with the pickup location of these items. Otherwise, our general lunch menu caters to regular requirements.
The Campground is located in Peony Ballroom, level 4.
The Campground will be operational from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
The Keynote is located in Roselle Simpor ballroom, level 4.
To join the queue, walk towards the Plenary Theatre. Follow the directions of Salesforce staff and Salesforce Ambassadors. Queuing will start approximately 30 minutes before the keynote begins. The Keynote Room will not be accessible before this time or via any other entrance.
Registration
The event is complimentary, excluding parking.
Registration includes access to the Keynote, breakout sessions, Campground, as well as lunch and a networking reception.
You will receive your e-ticket via email in the morning of the event.
When you arrive at the venue, showing your e-ticket on your mobile device will allow for speedy entry. If you do not have it available or did not receive it, you will still be able to check in.
Your e-ticket is also inside your original confirmation email.

Please note that registrations are non-transferrable.
Please check your SPAM folder or pull up the link on your original confirmation email. On the day, see an Ambassador or visit the registration help desk if you are still unable to locate your e-Ticket and they will be happy to help.

Marina Bay Sands is located at 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956. Step free entrances are available. Internally, elevators to all levels are located on the ground floor to all levels.If travelling via car and parking at the venue, lift access is available between the parking and venue levels.

A limited number of wheelchairs are available for hire free of charge. Wheelchairs can be collected from the Marina Bay Sands customer service desk
Yes. Priority seating is available in our Keynote and breakout rooms. You can request this service and others when registering by indicating that you have accessibility requirements.
If you require reserved seating in the larger Keynotes, please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the Keynote begins.
Licensed guide dogs are allowed inside Marina Bay Sands, as long as the venue is informed of this ahead of the event.

There are power outlets located throughout the venue. Feel free to charge wherever and when needed.

We will have a lower height table at registration. If you would like access to lower hight tables in other areas, you can request this, and anything else you may need, when registering by indicating that you have accessibility requirements.

Additional information
It’s our priority to ensure a safe environment for everyone attending Agentforce World Tour Singapore. As such, we’re implementing security measures for attendees upon entry. Small and large suitcases are not permitted into the event, and there are no cloakroom facilities so please keep this in mind when preparing for the day.
