All collection credits, whether from your monthly plan or a bulk purchase, are aggregated at the organizational level. They are maintained in a central pool that can be drawn from by any authorized user in your Salesforce org. This ensures you get maximum value and flexibility without worrying about individual user limits.
A Collection Credit is consumed the moment you enroll a delinquent account into a managed Collection Plan to begin the active recovery process. This is a 1:1 mapping: one plan for one account uses one credit. Simply viewing reports or flagging an account as overdue does not consume a credit; only initiating the plan does.
For advanced features like automated outreach, you'll need a Marketing Cloud Growth license. Delinquency prediction and case scoring require the Einstein 1 Edition for Service.
